Once the season is over, our elves will return to carefully remove our lights and decorations and bring them back to the North Pole for maintenance and storage until next season.
Light bulb out? No problem! For the entire season, should you have any outages or issues, an elf will be on site within 48 hours. Maintenance is included at no additional cost.

No. All of our holiday lighting is professionally leased for the season. We use commercial-grade LED products that are inspected, tested, and maintained to ensure every display looks its best. Any lighting that no longer meets our quality standards is replaced before installation.
